  • Experience Hot Springs like a local in this 3-bedroom/3-bathroom condo. The space features two king beds and two twin beds, perfect for families or groups. Guests can unwind in one of the three bathrooms, including a jetted bathtub for a relaxing soak. The full size kitchen comes fully appointed to cover all of your cooking needs.
    The condo stays comfortable year-round with heating and air conditioning. You will have full access to all of the resort amenities including the newly refurbished 9 hole mini-golf, Cabana hot tub, sauna room and game room with billiards along with 2 outdoor pools, ping pong, tennis, pickle ball, basketball and shuffleboard.
    This unit is centrally located off of 7 South close to many restaurants and water fun. Oaklawn Race Track and Casino is only 5 miles away and Magic Springs is 14 miles away! This resort is the perfect spot for anyone looking for a fun time in Hot Springs!

The beds could have been more comfortable. Carpet needs to be replaced. Very spacious condo. Calm and peaceful environment. Felt safe and secure. Loved the large game room in the condo. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. Loved the amenities on the property such as putt putt golf, tennis, swimming pool and etc. We enjoyed our stay and want to visit again.
