Come enjoy this luxury 1 Bedroom right on Lake Hamilton! Everything is new, including the IN ROOM LAUNDRY making it convenient to stay longer and take advantage of discounted weekly rates. You won't be disappointed!

The ground floor, corner location means easy access (on the quieter end of the property). Relax with your morning coffee or evening glass of wine on the balcony and take in the beautiful lake views over the manicured lawn.

All new furniture including the KING SIZE (luxury) bed, queen sofa bed, stainless steel appliances, granite counters, linens, bedding, laminate wood flooring (no carpet!), and custom full-size tub/shower.

We have free private WIFI available for our guests.

Willow Beach Condominiums boast a central location, right in town, yet separated from the noise. Just around the corner is the Hot Springs Mall and The Behind The Mall Cinema. There are more restaurants than one can count within a couple of miles, as well as grocery stores and other shopping. Boat and water toy rentals are just down the street, as well. Less than 10 minutes to Oaklawn Park for horse racing and other gaming. Less than 20 minutes to Magic Springs & Crystal Falls Water Park.

Need more room? We also own units A8, A12, & D10 at Willow Beach.

If you desire, we can make our covered boat slip available to you for an additional charge.

We were in town for a softball tournament. This unit had beautiful views, right on the water! Everything was clean and accessible! Quiet location. Host was responsive and available if needed.

This was a fantastic condo, the only complaint they had a few cob webs on the curtain to the balcony and across the entrance way but other than that it was great. The area was peaceful and close to all amenities. I would definitely book this condo again

The condo more than met our expectations. The property is well-maintained and nicely decorated. We enjoyed eating our meals on the patio/ balcony overlooking the lake. We swam in the pool overlooking the lake. It was well- maintained and very nice. The location of the condo is a short driving distance from many restaurants, shopping, and outdoor activities. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be returning.

Relaxing Retreat!

Great spot on the lake

Very nice all around. The property was neat and clean, perfect for two people. The area around was also nice and it was close to good restaurants without getting out into the downtown Hot Springs traffic. Really enjoyed just sitting on the patio and looking out at the boats on the lake.

Beautiful location

Nice condo with amazing views. Very clean and the bed was amazingly comfortable. Only issue encountered was that the tub did not drain well.

Clean, quiet and convenient

Danny and Steph were great hosts! Tended to all questions and needs extremely promptly! The property was as described and in a great location being on the lake with a peaceful atmosphere yet super close to everything. Lots of open parking as well. Fair price! We’d stay here again.

Nice View, Good location, very small.

In my opinion because of its small size, this location is fine for only a night or two. Location is good, pretty nice view, and there are only a few stairs to this “lower” unit. We were unhappy with 2:00-3:00am noise from the other nearby units, coming in late.

Great Getaway Weekend

This condo was perfect for our weekend. It’s clean, nicely decorated, and very comfortable. We had a question and the owner called within minutes. The view of the lake is great and it’s close to town. The complex is nice and quiet. We didn’t use the pool, but looked like others enjoyed it. We will definitely stay here again. Perfect to get away from the rat race of the city.

Clean, nice views

We spent two nights with our cavalier spaniel. Condo has great views overlooking the lake and is conveniently located to everything in the Hot Springs area. Hot Springs is a super pet-friendly area overall and you’ll not regret bringing your pup along, though the property itself is less so (pets only allowed outside in small grass islands, not on the much larger lawn space or near the waterfront). There is a pet fee, which is not surprising but was also not included on the listing. Condo was clean and well-appointed.

Perfect Get Away Place!

We absolutely love the location of this condo. It is close to the things we like to do. We play putt putt at Pirates Cove and eat at Fisherman's Wharf every time we come to Hot Springs. We love breakfast at the English Muffin. All in close proximity to this condo. The condo is super nice, easy access and nice view of Lake Hamilton. The swimming pool was a plus for our grandson. Very well kept and the hosts supplies it with everything that you need. We would definately stay here again!

Peaceful lake condo, but still in the heart of town!

When looking at the pictures, I thought there was no way this condo is as close to town as the description said. It absolutely was! Literally the best of both worlds. It’s peaceful and quiet, with a beautiful lake view to wake up to each morning, yet when you’re ready to shop or dine out, you’re less than 5 minutes away from everything! Cleanliness is huge on my list, and this condo was immaculate. We will definitely be back!

In town for work

Everything was great. It was nice having a washer/dryer in the unit. Location is easy access to restaurants and stuff to do. Lakeview is a plus. A few negatives were didnt like window in bedroom covered with plywood painted black. Especially in case of fire and it would of been nice to have window in bedroom. Maybe provide more than 1 dishcloth and dish towel. Other then that i would recommend this Unit.
