Deluxe Fun House - Pet Friendly
Enjoy this spacious and stylish three bedroom two bath home, situated on a 24 acre wooded parcel with five other houses. It just 10 minutes to downtown and Bathhouse Row and 15 minutes to Oaklawn Race Track & Casino. With a play area equipped with a trampoline, an astroturf soccer field, basket ball court, ping pong table and pickle ball. Hiking and biking trails are near by, so your family will have plenty of ways to entertain themselves.
This home is in a wooded area just outside of Hot Springs with wild life and mountain views. The Play Area outside and the provided family games inside make this property a great place to create special family memories
Guest enjoy the entire 2300 square foot home, including a two car grage, patio with a gas BBQ grill and the peace and quite of being in the woods.
Our interaction with guests is determined by each guest. We are always available, and enjoy meeting our guests, and we usually only interact with guests in response to their inquiries.
There are lots of things to do both on and off this property, including the Bull Bayou Picknick area about 1/4 mile away, right on a creek. The Cedarglades Park about 2 miles away which has a rock climbing course, cycling track course, remote plane airfield, and much more.
