Warm and Cozy condo with an amazing view of Lake Hamilton - remodeled 5/23/25

  • You won't be disappointed by this renovated studio condo. The floor plan is open with the entryway setting the tone of a breathtaking view of beautiful Lake Hamiliton. Bright colors inject a playful personality to create a space that will take you away from the hustle and bussle of the world.

    1 bedroom, 1 bath comes with studio kitchen that includes an oven, refrigerator, microwave, and dishes. Sleeping arrangements include a comfortable queen bed. Relax and stream your favorite TV show or sports , with WiFI. Our adorable condo has great views and the perfect place to fish off of the deck.

    The complex has a huge swimming pool overlooking the lake and lots of green space. Two swimming docks and picnic area create a great outdoor space that is an extension of indoor dwelling.

    Laundry facilities are located near the condo and 1 covered parking space is included.


    Whether you are in Hot Springs to enjoy the live horse races, or gaming at Oaklawn, conventions, hospital business, museums, lakes, fishing, Magic Springs Water Park, Garvan Woodland Gardens, or a honeymoon we have a deal for you.

    Pet friendly (1 dog, no puppies) with house rules. NO DOGS OVER 12 LB. All dogs must be on leash when on green space.
