Charming 2-bedroom Victorian Cottage house in downtown Hot Springs

  • ***LGBTQ+ friendly home. 17yr old House Cat lives here*** Welcome to Miss Fancy. This victorian home was built in the late 1800's and has been everything from a spa to a brothel to a BnB. This home is currently used part time as a photo studio for Madison Hurley Photography!
    The cottage is located right off Historic Bathhouse Row on Central Avenue in downtown Hot Springs and is walking distance from many restaurants and shopping spots. No children allowed due to house cat, breakables, and vintage furniture.
