A Lakefront Paradise! On Beautiful Lake Hamilton - Minutes to Oaklawn!

INSTANT RELAXATION - This beautiful updated condo that sleeps 2 guests maximum. Must be 25 years of age or older to rent. The condo includes one queen bed and is just steps away from relaxing lake and pool adventures and a Pickleball court (bring your own equipment)!
This is a great place to stay to enjoy the lake and the beautiful scenery that Farr Shores Condominium complex has to offer.
Farr Shores is just 8 minutes away from the convenience and amenities of the exciting historic Hot Springs but also just far enough away from town to enjoy that outdoorsy, secluded feeling. From the boardwalk, you can fish or swim, or take a evening walk and enjoy the gorgeous sunsets the lake has to offer. Additionally, the famous and beautiful Garvan Gardens is just around the bend (3 miles).

This is a very clean, comfortable place to relax and enjoy the amazing view on the best part of Lake Hamilton.
The condo has all the amenities you will need. Just bring your personal items, food and drinks!

1 bedroom, 1 bath lakefront condo. Downstairs. No stairs to enter. Note: There are no window coverings in the den area so that guests can enjoy the panoramic view of the lake. It has one queen size bed. Deck has a comfortable table, chairs, and a electric grill to enjoy and dine over the lake view. This condo is in the building located close to the swimming pool. ***NON-SMOKING (NO SMOKING IN CONDO OR ON PORCH)***NO PETS ALLOWED***Due to the pet allergies of the owner while staying in their unit, support animals are not allowed. NO GAS OR CHARCOAL GRILLS ALLOWED. CHECK IN IS AT 4:00 p.m. and CHECK OUT IS AT 11:00 a.m.. Security surveillance devices are onsite and monitor the outside areas of the front and back doors only.
Note: The Lake Authority does an annual draw down on the lake from November until March which, depending on the amount they draw down, may affect the water being all the way to the boardwalk. There will still be a water view regardless.

It was our Anniversary and my birthday weekend. Perfect quiet getaway. Words can't explain the view of Lake. It was beautiful. The condo was very clean. We will definitely book again.

From the panoramic view, to the back patio direct access to the water boardwalk, and the very detailed organization, this condo was perfect for us. Out of all the vacation/getaway places we’ve stayed, this has to be the most relaxing experience to date.

Nice lake view!

Great Relaxing Vacation

My husband and I enjoyed the condo. The view from the condo and pool was fantastic! The listing was exactly what it was. We cooked our dinners at the condo so we could enjoy the view while eating. We definitely will come back.

Relaxing

This condo is in the perfect location. One can view the lake, watch the boaters and of course the water fowl. The noise level is minimal in Farr Shores. The owners make it very relaxing and are easy to work with.

Great stay but.

Everything was wonderful but, My wife and I think that the guest should be given a choice on closing blinds at night for privacy at the lake view windows. Other than that everything was excellent.

Great Views! Great hosts.

New to area, and kept extending my lengthly stay to get familiar with the area, and hosts were gracious enough to accommodate. It's a nice upscale area, and when staying in the off season fall, there were not too many other guests to worry about staying in connecting or neighboring units. Quiet! Would certainly visit again. A++++

Loved the view and the condo was exceptionally clean and updated.

The condo is very clean and updated. It is early in the year so very quiet all around. The host was very helpful with a last minute decision on staying. The only drawback was that I didn’t know there wasn’t boat and trailer parking on site so I had to park in a public area down the road with no way to charge my boat. I made arrangements and problem solved. Look forward to visiting again. Nice place for an overdue short get away

Great Getaway

From the moment we walked into the door of the condo, it was breathtakingly beautiful. The lakefront view was so beautiful to see each day. The condo was nicely clean prior to our arrival and that was a big plus for us Our only dislike was that there were no privacy curtains/blinds in the living room area. Other than that, 10/10. Highly recommend and we plan to visit again.

Cozy Condo on Lake Hamilton

The condo met and exceeded our expectations. The pictures on the listing do not come close to the amazing view. We spent many hours gazing out at the lake and listening to the geese. It is about 20 minutes to Bathhouse Row - very conveniently located. There was a minor issue that was immediately addressed by the owners. We would absolutely stay there again if the opportunity presents itself.

Most Relaxing Vacation

Was pleased with what I seen online and in person it was even better!! The home was very clean! The view of the lake was AMAZING!! Communication with the owners was great! I was not bothered by no curtains in the den area, you would not want to miss a minute of the views anyways. I came for my birthday to relax and have a peaceful weekend. And that I did!! I enjoyed watching the boats and the jet skis zoom pass. When I was up, I spent my time outside on the deck. I would definitely recommend this home! I plan to come back again and plan to experience their other locations! Also, if you love catfish, Bubba’s Catfish and Shrimp is the place to go, you won’t be disappointed!!
