Grand Cottage

My family stayed for the weekend in Hot Springs. This home was conveniently located. It was clean, beautifully furnished and decorated. The host was friendly and hospitable, and easy to maintain contact with. Our stay was comfortable and relaxing.

Wonderful is an understatement

I would give more than 5 stars. This house was absolutely phenomenal from the decorations to everything we needed. The location is minutes from everything you’d want to do in hot springs and the host was so sweet! Couldn’t have asked for better!

Fun weekend getaway

My family and I took a quick trip to Hot Springs. This house was perfect for our needs. It’s beautiful with a lot of natural light, the deck and backyard is so relaxing, and it’s close to downtown. The manager was really easy to communicate with and helpful. I’d highly recommend!

Beautiful Cozy Cottage

This property made you feel so at home. It had all modern conveniences & amenities that made our stay so worth while. Very cozy & quiet. Definitely need to update pics, though. Because this place is even more beautiful now! Hopefully will get the chance to stay again soon.

Perfect place for our busy trip

The house was perfect for what we needed while traveling with 2 teens. They loved having their own rooms. We loved being able to cook meals and relax in the evenings. Every amenity you can think of was provided. Neighborhood was quiet and only a short distance from National Park and Bathhouse Row. We had a great time and truly appreciated all the personal touches to make our stay warm and welcoming. If we ever travel to the area again, we would definitely book this lovely cottage again!

Great place to stay and close to so much!

Our family really enjoyed our stay at the Grand Cottage! The home was spacious but also allowed for many options to be together. There were so many thoughtful touches that we appreciated from the snacks, available toiletries and outdoor spaces. Scotch was a bonus that my daughter looked forward to each day of our stay. The location was easy to find and located conveniently near many of the places we wanted to see. There is really nothing that this home wasn’t able to provide to us during our visit. We would highly recommend this property to anyone staying in the area.

Awesome! Beautiful Home!

This was a beautiful vacation rental! The house was clean, impeccably decorated! It had a complete kitchen set up for cooking meals, the coffee bar was a special treat for all of us! The bathroom in the master was so COOL! We just loved the house, easy to get to downtown Hot Springs. The cat that lives outside was a special bonus, we loved feeding and spoiling her. We will definitely search this property out again to stay at! Thank you, Denise, Danette and Doreen :-)

Charming Cottage

We were in Hot Springs for a long weekend to watch our college freshman play his first college baseball game. Grandparents came with us. The cottage was cozy, yet spacious, and accommodated all 6 of us perfectly. Welcome snacks and seasonal coffee were provided. The newly remodeled master bathroom provided a lovely soaking tub for our enjoyment. The front porch offered views of deer every evening, while the back porch offered a precious cat to love on. The owner called to check on us, and the property manager even dropped by when we had a technical issue with the tv! It was a perfect getaway and we will definitely be back! Also, the price was one of the best in the area.

Came for the 2024 Eclipse

We booked this house far in advance of the 2024 Eclipse and we definitely got lucky to find a house like this for our family. The house is a well maintained older house, with some very nice upgrades. The biggest surprise with this house was that it was listed as only having one bathroom but the owner recently added a full bathroom to the master bedroom (not sure whether this has been updated in recent listings) but having two full bathrooms was a huge plus for a family of four. The yard for this house is nicely maintained and was good for our kids to run around and play. It also gave us a nice and private location for viewing the eclipse. This house is also a short drive to all the main attractions of Hot Springs. I would highly recommend this house for a family visiting the area.

Great Bachelorette Weekend

My friends and I recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming cottage for a bachelorette weekend getaway, and it was absolutely fantastic! Pictures don’t do the cottage justice. Located in the picturesque Hot Springs, Arkansas, this cozy retreat provided the ideal setting for our celebration. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The house was immaculately clean and well-maintained, with every detail carefully thought out to ensure a comfortable stay. The spacious layout allowed for plenty of room for our group to relax and enjoy each other's company. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the fantastic bathhouses nearby, which provided the perfect opportunity for relaxation and rejuvenation. It was truly a magical experience to soak in the soothing waters surrounded by the beauty of nature. I also want to extend a special thank you to Darlene, the host, who was incredibly accommodating and helpful throughout our stay. When we encountered a bit of trouble with the door (user error, oops!), Darlene was quick to assist us and ensure that we were able to get back to enjoying our weekend without any further inconvenience. Overall, our experience at this cottage exceeded all expectations, thanks in large part to the wonderful hospitality of Darlene and the perfect location in Hot Springs, Arkansas. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway in a beautiful setting.
