My long-term stay was very pleasant overall. The host was very responsive and the apartment itself is very convenient if you want to visit downtown Hot Springs (within walking distance). The apartment gets beautiful natural light, especially the bathroom. The neighborhood can be a bit noisy, but is generally fine.
