The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. When we first got there the air conditioning was not working well. We reported this to the front desk and waited for maintenance to arrive. We waited for 45 minutes and reported it again. We learned that the first staff member never contacted maintenance. The second time it was reported maintenance came immediately and fixed it. We had no other issues after that point.

Realice mi reservación, llegué al hotel y nunca apareció mi reservación en el sistema del hotel. Me comuniqué con expedía y ellos me indicaron que todo estaba bien, pero el hotel nunca me dio solución. Espere al rededor de 1 hora y media mi grupo y yo. Por más que les dije que tenía factura de pago, reservación y confirmación no fue posible que me dejaran ingresar a descansar.
