We were on a business trip and the three most expensive rooms we booked - which was pictured with a desk - did not have one. No toiletries provided except for soap. "Hair in eggs on breakfast and the worst thing is that the staff was checking the availability and didn’t care at all. The bathroom cabin leaks a lot after an average shower. The spa is so-so and the changing rooms are bad. It’s outdated as everything. Summary: I have no idea why there’s so high rating."
