The hotel was very nice and the room was spotless. Decor throughout was upscale and all staff members I encountered were friendly. The restaurants were all good to great with the exception of the Burger Joint, where I encountered slow service and an unkempt dining area. The casino was tight, but offered a good variety of games, although the games in the non-smoking area were dated. I had an issue at check in but Kesia took care of it to my satisfaction. I have already recommended this property to others.

My only issue is they don't have ceiling fan on the room and for a woman dealing with menopause and the room was at a standing 68 degress, i was so upset that i forgot my fan. Everything else was beautiful i just wish at the temp that the outdoor pool had been open.

Any hotel that takes two pieces of ill fitting wallpaper to cover up holes in the wall is a definite negative. Front desk staff was friendly. Room was basic but clean.

Parking didn’t feel safe after several cars were broken into. Need security full time or a gate.

No, the room was dusty actually.
The staff was fabulous!!! Loved the lap pool!!!! We enjoyed our stay and the furry robes were a real plus! Thanks for the bday wishes!
