"I would have given 5 stars but there was an issue with the shower.. No cold water so it was quite difficult to deal with just hot water. Room was very clean and beds comfy. The young man that checked us in was awesome. We had left the key in the room, you have to use the card attached to the key for the lights to work and I forgot it was in the light activation slot when we left. Even though they close at 10 when we got back to the room around 10:15 the attendant who checked us in was just about to leave and helped us get back in the room. He is a credit to your company! "

"Overall, an excellent experience. The La Sapiniere had a real apartment feel to it and I could easily see my family and I staying here again. The apartment is well stocked with just about everything that a guest might need to include dishes, toiletries, bedding/linens, cleaning products, and vacuum. However, it is important to note that towels are not provided within the apartment. If a guest desires towels, they must rent them from reception. Also, with all the items stocked within the apartment, it is essential to do a thorough inventory of the apartment immediately upon arrival and annotate any missing or broken items and report them to the reception desk. Ultimately, I would highly recommend this location to anyone traveling to the area looking for a relaxing place to stay."
