"As you check in on the 13th floor it would be helpful to have a clearer sign in the entrance foyer. Apart from that we enjoyed the stay, the room and facilitates. It is conveniently located for many shops ahd restaurants and for the tram. Breakfast was a good selection of foods, mainly Japanese. ..."

"The staff in this hotel were extremely helpful with packing up delicate items before we travelled. They also offered free decaf drip coffee bags which is extremely rare in Japan and was very welcome. The location was convenient for various sights.
