"Stunning setting for this castle on a moat. We were delighted with our large comfortable room in the castle up on the 2nd floor with a fabulous view across the grounds, gardens and moat. Dinner at the Michelin restaurant was beautifully presented and served, and breakfast was especially excellent and thoughtful.Staff were kind and helpful and always gracious. The gardens were delightful, even in the pouring rain. Wish we could have stayed longer."

"The hotel lived its days in the past. Rooms where smelly like something really old was there. Beds were very uncomfortable to sleep. I had ack hurt after the night. Shower mixer stile like in the old days wth 2 seperate regulators for hot and cold water. Shower itself kind of small and the showerr curtains always sticks to the body while showering. Breakfast was the only part which was better than anything else in this hotel. I would personally not come back there."
