Einzug erfolgte erst nach angeforderter Nachreinigung. Reinigungskraft hat innerhalb einer einer Stunde das beste daraus gemacht. Guter Mann. Grundsätzlich sollte mal eine Grundreinigung erfolgen.Das Mobiliar ist in die Jahre gekommen.

Im großen und ganzen war die Wohnung sauber,nur die hinterlassen schafften vom Vormieterwaren nicht so appetitlich (tot geschlagene Fliegen an Wand und Decke)Ansonsten alles okay

Sehr sauber, gute Lage und gute Kommunikation. Wenn überhaupt gibt es nur ein kleinen Kritikpunkt: die Türen der Dusche schließen nicht bündig, dies führt dazu das etwas Wasser beim Duschen austreten kann.
