Nice hotel

The hotel was clean and front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. They were accommodating when we needed to store our luggage after check out. Walking distance to restaurants and downtown. Will definitely stay there again.

Only 1 night stay. Great for family with small Kids. A little old but functional. Pool is decent as is breakfast. Far enough from the core of Horta, which is quiet by means for hills to walk.

It is little bit away from shopping and dining, about 10-15 minutes walk, but view to the city and Pico mountain is incredible. All rooms has a view. Very nice continental breakfast served in the restaurant. It is also open for dinner but we ate somewhere else.

The hotel was very clean but a little dated. It needs to be upgraded and the bed was extremely hard. The breakfast was pretty basic but good. It was good value for what I paid.

Fußläufig zum Stadtzentrum bzw. Hafen (wenn auch ein paar Höhenmeter 😉), sehr ruhige Lage, fantastischer Blick auf den Pico, kostenloser Parkplatz, Frühstück sehr in Ordnung, auch das Abendessen im Hotel war wirklich sehr gut und absolut preiswert! Der Pool ist ganz ordentlich, wenn es auch bei uns etwas zu windig war um ihn genießen zu können. Keine 20min zum Flughafen.

Hôtel moderne avec belle vue

Séjour convenable , hôtel avec une magnifique vue sur le volcan et bien placé sur Horta , chambres spacieuses et propres . Seul bémol ,le restaurant , des plats plus disponibles car fin du service et service au restaurant pas très agréable.

The hotel is NOT a 4 star hotel but a classic 3 star one. The room has have an outdated feel, and the lighting would appeal only to white neon lovers. The public areas are not enticing, and could also use an upgrade. The two things that speak for it are the view and the very friendly and helpful staff.

Comfortable stay

Short but comfortable stay. Rooms are nicely sized and the bed is comfortable. Air con in the room and the good water pressure. Check in was smooth and easy. Breakfast has all the basics like eggs and bacon and some fruit and included in the night. Overall great value for money, would recommend.
