"Don’t be fooled as you enter the driveway. When you enter the front door, the view of the ocean slaps you in the face. Home had everything you need with plenty of room. Not sure what mattress is on the beds but they were quite comfortable. Nicely furnished with great outdoor space and proximity to beaches. Highly recommend this property."

"This was the perfect house for our fur baby! The only thing we didnt like was that the slider in the bedroom didnt lock. The yard is even bigger in person, it was so nice to have all that room!"

"The view is amazing! Plenty of room for six although keep in mind one bathroom. The tub is very deep which made it difficult for us to get in for a shower. The grout if very black with mold so some attention is needed. The king bed is well used so we rolled towards the middle all night. Also has a loud “crunch” when you move.Over-all this is a wonderful coastal home. We are planning a return trip soon!"

"I wish I could say that the place was as advertised, as it looked so inviting, but it wasn't. These people have some nerve charging more than 500 per night for a place where half of it (the studio in the back) is unusable because of the strong mildew/mold smell, lack of hot water, and electricity going out multiple times. Looking back on it, it seems that that part of the rental hadn't been used for a long time, which explains why the bedding in there smelled musty, and the drawers and cabinets emitted a strong odor of mold. After the weekend we wrote to the management company to give them detailed feedback. No offer of any partial refund, of course. Instead, their only remark was that we should have contacted them during the weekend. Why should we have? There's no way they could have done anything about the mold/mildew smell, or the extreme chlorine smell in the hot tub. The main house is nice, with some little hiccups like weird locks that are hard to use. There is a paucity of rentals in the area, so they probably have no trouble renting it, but I'd look elsewhere."

"It is a lovely property with everything you need except food. As stated in the listing, the bluff above the beach is a 5 minute walk, but you will need to walk a ways down Highway one to access the stairs to the beach itself."
