"The facilities and room were quite nice and the person at reception - Brooke - was exceptional: warm, welcoming and helpful.
However we had a few issues upon arrival that could have been avoided with a bit of extra attention:
- the cleaning crew left the fridge door ajar and ice from the freezer melted into the fridge and onto the kitchen floor
- the shower valve wasn't operational and had to be fixed
- the toilet plunger was disconnected and wouldn't flush
We took care of those issues...

"Stayed here for ski trip. Location is just a short walk / drive to Gondola that goes up to Peak 8. (Gondola is free). Behind the building was the major shopping districts and restaurants. Also a short walk. The kitchen was adequately stocked but a little small. All in all it was worth the expense. "

"My husband broke his leg and was unable to travel. We reached out to both Hotels.com and the Village at Breck V4224 and neither was able to change the date for our stay. We are very disappointed."

"This is a STUDIO - not a 3 bedroom condo.
Not sure what the "3 Br Condo" means in the title of it.
Booking was handled through Red Awning so I don't know if they didn't have the original 3 bedroom available I had booked so they stuck me in a studio? Not cool.
The condo is at River Mountain Lodge which is the perfect location a block away from downtown and just crossing 1 street and a parking lot to the gondola. River Mountain Lodge is my favorite place to stay in Breck, just avoid this...

"Very easy check in and the person checking us in was very friendly. The room was beautiful and very quiet. Very clean and comfortable. Beautiful view. The only problem was that the restaurant was not open for lunch."
"Close to downtown Breck so easy walk ability while able to leave car in underground garage during stay. Room great, quiet with kitchen. Staff helpful. Place would want to return to and will recommend to friends."

"Perfect get away. I loved that the location was a little bit away from Main Street, up high with great views, but still just a 3-4 minute drive down the hill to Main St. Condo was perfect for two people. Even though it's a condo, we never once heard neighbors, it was very quiet. Bed was comfortable and I love that there were two separate full bathrooms. I like the amenities there, but we didn't take advantage of them (fitness room, hot tub, pool and bowling lanes). The coaster, the slide and the chairlift were right out the back door, that was really fun.My only complaint, which doesn't change how much I loved the condo, is that the toilet paper and kleenex were about the cheapest you can get - not soft at all. "
"The Grand Lodge Peak 7 was very clean. The staff was super responsive and so kind. The shuttle into town was definitely a perk. Check in and out was smooth. "
