"We stayed two nights in one of the motel rooms and five nights in one of the cabins. Both were cleaned excellently and were very cozy. The cabin had a kitchenette and came stocked with pots and pans, dishware, silverware, and cooking utensils. We ate breakfast and dinner at the Powder House restaurant. We had a great experience dining in for breakfast and placing pickup orders for dinner to eat back in our motel room. All of the staff were really friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone wanting scenic lodging in the Black Hills!"

"I have to admit when we drove up we were wondering what we were in for. When we opened the door all of that disappeared! What a cute cottage!! The extra touches of s'more kits, feminine products in the bathroom, blankets fold nicely over the couches really made it feel homey. Plenty of space for the 6 of us inside and out. We saw deer and turkey every day and at night we could hear the owls and some deer . "
