We cater for up to 30 plus if needed. We have Sports teams and Large Whanau Events here. We also have a Party Hire Business to cater for all needs.

EVERYBODY LOVES coming to the Horotiu Homestead it truly is a Whanau Home away from Home experience.

Large new build -Fully furnished 3 Bed Home. Purpose built for large family / team bookings. The facility can sleep up to 4-6 per room x 2 Queen Size Beds in each room + 2 x double bunks in two of the rooms. In the open style bathroom there are adjacent double showers and side by side toilets. Separate laundry area incl Washing Machine. Large commercial, open kitchen which has plenty of workspace for catering , Commercial Stove, Fridge ,microwave, Air Con,TV. PS Our commercial double door fridge is part of the Hire age we own. We have all the catering equip to hire as well if needed
Accommodation must be returned to clean order as was on arrival , a cleaning fee of $100 per hour minimum will apply if left untidy

INSURANCE BOND
We ask that before check in you give via transfer a refundable bond of $200, for bigger groups we charge more to cover any partial potential damage or soilage . If the property is in arrival condition the bond is refunded ( normally refunded)

*Note the Cleaning fee paid pertains directly to a linen cleaning fee-you are required to do a general clean of the premises before exit .
