"I picked this place because it was in the zone of totality and I could watch the eclipse from the comfort of a hot tub instead of having to fight through traffic. Clouds unfortunately completely blocked the view but still had a great time. There were some minor maintenance issues like how the main bedroom door downstairs did not shut that should be fixed to improve other's experience but overall it was a lovely visit. "The house was very clean and comfortable. Had everything you need for a home away from home feel, nicely furnished.The rental agent stayed in touch as well if anything was needed. I would stay again and recommend to others."

"The property was priced correctly. The kitchen was nice and the furniture was comfortable. The water from the fausets smelled and you couldn't drink it. Drinking water and water for the coffee was supplied. The bathroom shower could use updating. The location was good. close to down town Naples and Bristol Mountain."

"We had a great time at the lake! We had my sister's bachelorette party at the house and we all had a great time! The views from the dock are beautiful and we had a great time with the kayaks on the lake. The one thing I will mention is that the stairs down to the property and the spiral staircase are a bit steep, so be cautious if your group has people with limited mobility. Otherwise, we had a fantastic time and found that the house was stocked with everything we needed (except for towels)!"

"Charming older home with Beautiful view of Keuka Lake. Comfortable beds, stocked kitchen, nice bathrooms. But, very strong dog odor and the air continually reset to 78, even in the middle of the night (and no instructions were provided on how to change that)"
