  • Enjoy your Reelfoot Lake vacation at The Tackle Box!. This one bed/ one bath tiny home is new and ready for guest who are looking for a unique stay with spectacular views of Reelfoot Lake. While I am not on the Lake side, I am walking distance to the lake. 448 sq feet tiny house features a full kitchen, stand up shower in the bathroom with a living room area. Large deck so you can sit outside and enjoy the views. The Tackle Box sits right beside The Dragonfly. Plenty of parking for several vehicles and boats. Enjoy Eagle watching while at the house. Have fun sitting under the Grain bin while you grill and watch the beautiful sunsets

Super stay

Great for a three or four day getaway. Perfect for a couple great location very clean, friendly neighbors. Everyone seemed relaxed. View from the porch was fantastic as the sun goes down.

Get away weekend

Very impressed with the tacklebox. It had a lot of room and I liked the open floor plan. The front porch was very nice to sit and view the lake. Very enjoyable stay.

Beautiful location

This was our first time using VRBO for a weekend stay and I must say this was a great experience. The Tacklebox was a great tiny home for the weekend. It was very clean and the location is fantastic especially if you’re a fisherman and need access to ramps. We will be looking at the location or other locations that the owner has in the area.

Weekend getaway

Even though it was a rainy weekend there were still beautiful and calming views. The home was very clean, comfortable and cute. Just enough space for two people. We highly recommend.

Perfect weekend getaway house!

This was the cutest little spot, convenient to the lake and state park. Kristi was a super helpful host, even giving us some tips on best spots to get views of the lake and catch a sunset. The bed was super cozy, and the house had all the things you need for an easy weekend away. The futon was a great for our little girl, but if you are a group of 3 adults, you might want to bring some kind of a mattress topper, as it is pretty firm. Overall, however, this house was great for what we needed for the weekend and would definitely come back!

Darling Tiny House!

Property is exactly as pictured. Brand new and super clean - no lake cabin smell! Comfortable bed, everything worked as expected, great view, convenient location and perfect for a couple. Wifi also worked really well. Would recommend and would stay again. Thanks Kristi for great communication and easy check in/out process!

Second Stay

This was the second time we've stayed at the Tacklebox. Very clean. Has everything you need. If you do need anything, you will feel comfortable asking the owner. The best part is the view. Our last morning we saw a couple of eagles, one perched very close to us!

Quick get away weekend

We were so impressed with Tackelbox! It was the perfect location for our last minute getaway for the bald eagle tour at Reelfoot State Park. The bed was so incredibly comfortable and for myself who has a bad back … it was like sleeping on a cloud! I wish more places would take the time to add the extra padding to the mattress! It was cold & rainy but the fireplace inside made it perfect to relax for the weekend. We will definitely book a stay there again!

Fishing

My wife and I stayed there for 1 week. It was comfortable and we had most everything. We needed that in one week's time. We caught three fish.Their rising water, They say was cause, but a few other people caught fish, and even though we went to all those supposedly. great spots. We do know.

The Tackle Box

Beautiful little place. The owner was very nice & thankfully was close by to help save the day when I couldn’t figure out how to get the thing unlocked! Beautiful view. Super quiet. It was a very relaxing stay for me. The mattress was so comfortable. The whole place was very clean & decorated so nicely. It had a nice big porch & firepit. I wish I could’ve stayed and enjoyed the atmosphere just a little bit longer.

Very clean. Made great use of the space. Has everything you need (except scissors haha) and then some. Hostess has been very thoughtful in all the extras she's given. Throughout the weekend, we met her, her brother and her dad and each told us that if we needed anything, let them know. Great people. Oh! THAT VIEW!! Beautiful views of the lake. There's also a cute grain bin with lights, chairs and a grill also facing the lake. Can't wait to go again.

Quiet and Relaxing

Perfect little house to spend a few days! Everything is as described, clean and neat. Bed was extremely comfortable. I didn’t cook aside from using the microwave, but there was nothing lacking. Upon arriving I couldn’t get the door open, so I called Christy and she sent her sweet Dad over pronto and he solved the mystery (after days of rain, the door was sticking). Only downside is lots of mosquitos in the evening, no fault of the owner, just the days of rain. Reelfoot Lake is a treasure! Ate at Boyette’s, Blue Bank and the Boat House, all exceptional local eateries. Tennessee just has the best catfish. Thank you, Christy, for the use of your sweet tiny house.
