It is in a ideal place, close to many shopping malls and only a 20 minute train ride to Dotonbori. The staff is super friendly and very welcoming. "Breakfast buffet was good, getting there early is a long wait. Near Dotonburi was great. Namba walk (underground outlet store in subway) was great to find food. Restaurant's are tourists spots so it can get pricey but overall its a great hotel spot with like 2-3 min walk to train station and 6-7 mins to an elevator to help with luggage and strollers."

"Fantastic location and helpful staff. Located in Namba but a bit further south, so it has the closeness to Dotonburi and Namba without being right in the action. Walking to Dotonburi only takes 15 minutes or so and there are walkable options for subway stations to get around. Was able to easily get around Osaka and travel to Kyoto for day trips from here. Hotel is clean and comfortable."
