It’s a family run business that made us feel right at home. Their daughter met us upon check in and helped us get parked and settled in. "This may be the only time a hotel far exceeded its photos and website. What a beautiful property! And the staff were always kind and helpful, yet without being overbearing and fussy. Special kudos to Frensis and Don (??) at the reception desk. Our room was spotless and offered all the amenities we needed. Other reviews have mentioned small rooms and showers or furniture that should be updated. But we found quite the opposite—a large, sparkling room and bathroom, with clean, spare, modern decor. I can’t recommend Rapos enough!"

"Lovely hotel with a very helpful owner We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The owner was incredibly helpful, especially when we needed to charge our electric car; helping us navigate the garage and get set up. The room was modern, very clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent. The only downside was the family room. We had booked a room for four, and from the photos we were expecting two single beds for our boys. Unfortunately, our youngest ended up sleeping on a very small sofa which didn’t turn into a bed. The electric car charging was also more expensive than we had expected, at 3 x the price of a normal roadside charger. Aside from those points, we really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is just minutes from the beach, and the owner also recommended a fantastic restaurant nearby. Overall, a very pleasant stay and we would happily recommend the hotel."

"Staff went above and beyond for us throughout our stay. It is a beautiful location in the mountains, and the pool is great with gorgeous view of the sea. However, be aware the property lacks amenities. We arrived at 4pm very hungry and were told the kitchen was closed until 7pm and there is no place to purchase any sort of snacks or food outside of restaurant service and they could do nothing for us except to say sorry. Hotel room is clean and spacious with a great bed, but no safe in the room, no deadbolt lock on the door, no telephone in room, one small roll of toilet paper that was never replaced by maid service, tv was unusable. It feels that this hotel has much promise, with an incredible staff and new construction happening, but is a small operation and not fully modern and prepared for influx of tourists. Be aware that it is impossible to walk from the hotel to anywhere - car is necessary to go anywhere. Good option to stay in a quiet area while going to Dhermi for the day, but lacks infrastructure and modern amenities or convenience."
