Property is awesome, but the main hindrance is language barrier, staff and no one can speak English

i was pleasantly surprised when Timothe said i got upgraded to a corner suite. it has 2 balconies but only 1 can be accessed from the bedroom from the dining is locked. i managed to get some rest the suite itself needs upgrading but still very good condition. lots of space including kitchen dining room spare bedroom 2 full toilets I like living room with the view chandelier & circular sofa didn't get a chance to use club lounge because a) meal at Scirocco was spectacular not only view temperature lack of wind and food but staff and music from live band b) when I looked in the lounge at breakfast time it did not look very appealing plus selection & quality of food and drink does not compare to the Mozu. anyhow thanks to all who looked after me looking forward to staying again

Free tuk tuk shuttle service was excellent and saved time walking to main road. Room was very spacious and suited our needs perfectly. Downside was Several floors had construction works which slowed the use of the lifts

Very nice Hotel right on the beach with a beautiful pool.Good location easy to get around

I stayed here for a few days. It was the second place I stayed in Bangkok. No complaints at all. The staff were great, the room was relatively large and clean, the location was great, and everything was nice. I didn't make use of the pool or gym, so I cannot comment on that. But everything I did use was great.
