The Latitude 17 Patio View Room is centrally located in one of the most popular areas of Hopkins Village and is within walking distance of Restaurants/Bars, Shops, and other popular establishments.
The Room has overnight A/C ,Bathroom with Ceiling Fan, a Queen Bed, Fridge, Coffee Maker, Dishes, Glasses, Silverware, a Table for 2 & has 2 bicycle included as well as wifi.
Note we do have Fake devices that look like cameras. These are only fake lights facing common area there are no cameras

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Host was available and very responsive. Place is clean and well maintained. Perfect spot with easy beach access. Wife was very friendly . Only thing is you are right by the Main Street so you hear the cars , motorcycles driving h by at all hours, which was not an issue for me.
