Resort was beautiful, beaches and large pool.
Check in was a disaster over 2 hrs waiting and being told I can't be helped to then be told I needed to go to a different check in for signature.
Service was hit or miss, sometimes good and nice, sometimes just awful and careless. Sometimes our room was cleaned and a cute decoration, sometimes only the bed was made and garbage wasn't even changes.
Food was average, was really disappointing and got food poisoning. Drinks were not the greatest either.
Entertainment was good, but very basic.
Nice to relax, but average at best

Overall, the resort was great. They have done great at rebuilding from the hurricane. Most staff were friendly. The restaurant service was a little frustrating as we had to get our own coffee and water at times in the restaurant. Major kudos to Kevon and Mario! Extremely friendly and on top of it at all times!
