"It was a perfect weekend to unplug and enjoy the mountain air. Some of us stayed by the cabin while others left and there were so many things to keep us busy. The volleyball court, basketball court and horseshoe pit were awesome. The owners were on site and so helpful! There was no cell service but the cabin did have WiFi for any needed communication. We enjoyed our stay tremendously and can’t wait until we can return! This place was so fun and is only going to get better over time!"

"Love the house! Was the perfect place for our vacation. Close to Roswell and just north of Artesia. We loved the decor, the beds were super comfy, and the property was so quiet. Sandra was great, always responsive and very helpful. We truly appreciated having the opportunity to stay at her home."

"This place is rural and rustic. If you like quiet and sitting on a nice deck in cool temperatures and seeing quite a few deer up close this place is great. Very relaxing. Best to bring your own food closest grocery about 25 mi. This is our second time to stay here so we already knew all this. "
