"Bei Ankunft niemand da. Nachdem wir eine Telefonnummer gefunden haben, dauerte es weitere Minuten bis jemand da war. Reserviert waren zwei Zimmer nebeneinander, da ich mit meiner 88 jährigen Mutter angereist war. Wir bekamen Zimmer 8 im 1. OG und Zimmer 9 im 2. OG Auf Anfrage wann es Frühstück geben würde, kam die Antwort am nächsten Tag kein Frühstück verfügbar. Das angebotene Frühstücksbueffet fand an keinem Tag statt! "Ein schönes Hotel sehr gastfreundlich aufgenommen worden. Zimmer ist sauber und hat alles was man benötigt schön ruhig. Etwas außerhalb im Industriegebiet stört aber nicht. In das Zentrum von Wilhelmshaven gelangt man in ca 15 minuten mit dem Rad. Großer Frühstückraum ist sauber Frühstück für alle was dabei top. Fahrradgarage auch für E Bike zum aufladen.Top Ich kann das Hotel nur empfehlen."

"WLan nur in der Lobby 2 Häuser weiter, Ausstattung veraltet und lückenhaft (kein Zahnputzglas, Bett extrem weich, Wasserkocher und echte Bettdecke nur auf Nachfrage), dafür neben Kurtaxe Sondergebühren für Parken auf Schotterweg (12 Euro die Nacht) und Endreinigung (30 Euro) - zwischendurch gibt es keinerlei Service, nicht mal Müll wird entsorgt. Auch das Frühstück kostet extra und ist Glückssache bezüglich dem, was es gibt, wann es Frühstück gibt (einmal ging es 40 Minuten später als...

"Wir haben das Resort spontan für ein paar Tage gebucht und waren total zufrieden. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war super. Wir konnten vor Ort noch all inclusive buchen und hatten zu dem schönen, geräumigen Zimmer jetzt auch noch drei Mahlzeiten, Kaffee und Kuchen und Getränke kostenlos. Alle Aktivitäten, wie Bowling, Kino oder Activity Hall waren im Preis inbegriffen.
