The room was nice but the shower was poorly designed. The water splashed all over the floor. The buffet breakfast was very good.

The hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful. The rooms aren't super spacious but plenty of room none the less. Has all the essentials and the aircon is adjustable to your comfort. Travelled as a couple with 2 large suitcasea and there was still plenty room to move around.
The pool, sauna and steam room were also great to relax in after a busy day and available to all guests.
Leicester Square was easy to walk around and access to public transport was great too.
Would definitely stay at this hotel again!
