"Location walking distance from airport train services just need to plan which route got lift and escalators available when hogging large baggage. Staff service was excellent. Press the lift to go down from lobby when they saw u walking towards the lift to go out. Small thoughts like greetings you when u return and leave. "I have stayed in many very good hotels but this was possibly the best Hotel that I have stayed in, although the outside of the building is rather bland compared to say the Mandarin Oriental, or the Old Cataract in Aswan, the inside is perfect along with wonderful staff and service, plus for a Japanese hotel the rooms are very big, highly recommended."

"I stayed for three weeks and loved every moment of this hotel. The view is incredible and the staff is the best I have encountered. The cleaning and front desk staff were all incredibly kind and patient when communicating withme in bith English and Japanese. The location of this hotel is amazing, only a few minutes walk from Nagoya Station where you can get easy transport to anywhere in the country. Would absolutely recommens this hotel!"
