ibis Hong Kong Central And Sheung Wan
They have portable chargers that are rentable at the front desk, but no adapter heads or chargers(only downside). Otherwise the experience is definitely worth the buck!

Staff are very helpful throughout the hotel. The souvenir key cards they give you at checkout get you access to a vip line to go through park security.
