Convenient location. Room is relatively spacious, clean, even though certain furnitures and carpet are a little outdated. A slight odor coming from the sink drain. Overall a satisfactory stay and would consider staying there again.

It's in a great location, a nice business hotel. The pictures of the rooms look bigger than they are. You can hear the main road from the room but it's not a big issue as the aircon covers the noise with the same noise. It's slightly dated compared to other large hotels but perfect location and is mostly clean. One thing, the ceiling is too low in the gym, tall people hit their heads on the ceiling.

Great hotel in HK!!!
I highly recommend this hotel - ideal location in Wan Chai, close to mtr and ferry, shops and restaurants. Their staff are very professional, extremely helpful and friendly!

Good for agile travellers!
Generally a pleasant stay that justifies the cost of the rooms. One thing to note though - though near to the MTR, the nearest exits are only accessible by stairs - not that convenient for wheelchair-bound or seniors who are not that agile.

Had an upgrade to the Signature King room - newly renovated with additional features to control the features. Upgrade was offered at point of check in upon confirmation of Expedia VIP status - already way better than most other places! Bed and room were very comfortable and the hotel was located in a convenient location to access the MTR. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone considering a trip to HK.
