Hotel is centrally located, within walking distances to MTR, many restaurant.
room is tiny but clean, furniture is modern. Hotel only provided two large towels. They should provide two smaller towels.
Front desk personal is either ignorant or unwilling to go extra step to help the customers.

Staying at the Regent Hong Kong was fantastic. From the moment I walked in, I felt taken care of in every possible way. The service is warm, genuine, and effortless—everyone I met went out of their way to make me feel at home. My room was stunning, with breathtaking views over Victoria Harbour and every comfort thought through down to the smallest detail.
Breakfast was a highlight every day, and the restaurants set a new standard for quality and presentation. What impressed me most was the consistency: every single staff member, from the front desk to housekeeping, delivered world-class hospitality with a personal touch.
