I do not normally post reviews but felt it deemed some feedback .The property interior was not visually clean with broken side entry door,stains on the elevator and hallway carpets . In the room there were stained ceiling tiles and bathroom ceilng was falling down . Noise level containment between floors was poor .Reception was closed overnight so there was no option for complaints to be addressed. Our stay was 5 nights and housekeeping did not enter our room once during the timeline. Overall a very poor experience.

Remote location. Nearest village is cygnet which is about 13min drive away. Larger town Huonville is 30 min drive. We choose this location to chase the aurora and it did not disappoint. Absolutely wonderful cabin. Equipped with everything you need. Extremely comfortable, quiet and picturesque.

"I really loved the laundry mat in the building. After travelling for 12 days before coming to Hobart it was wonderful to be able to do my laundry. The lounge was also nice where you could a drink and snack without going into the restaurant. The only thing I did not like was the street noise on Saturday ..."
