"This was our second stay. The first was in the champagne tower suite. This stay we had the heart shaped hot tub suite. Surprisingly the 2nd stay was better than the first. I’ve always wanted to stay in one with the champagne tower, and it was nice, but the heart shaped hot tub was actually more comfortable and we spent a lot more time in it than the champagne tower. "

"We had an issue with our room and Kim was able to quickly address the issue and offer us complimentary food and drinks for our troubles. The hotel itself is in a great location and was close to everything. We were there to take “The Office Self Guided Tour” and the location of the hotel is perfect for all of the sites. "

"Our trip to this place was incredible. We indulged in the thrilling tree-top adventures, took a tour of the property, and even went rifle shooting. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, and we had the pleasure of visiting during the off-season. We managed to make use of the gym and attend yoga classes. Unfortunately, the pools were undergoing renovations, so we couldn’t access those facilities. Despite this setback, we savored some delicious milkshakes, made some smores and had a wonderful dinner at the other lodge. Overall, it was an amazing experience. "
