"We loved our stay. The boys loved their room with a tv. It was clean and roomy. We enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit. Jessica was very easy to communicate with."

"This house was a overall a great stay for our family of 10! Communication was easy, description was accurate, the house had a very well-appointed kitchen. The firepit was great to have to sit around in the evenings and there was plenty of firewood supplied. One of the things that would have been helpful to know is that the lake, at least during this time of summer (from speaking with the neighbors), is filled with algae (including blue green) and seaweed which made swimming at the house impossible. We did bring a boat and was able to dock it and found a couple of clearer spots to swim but the area off the house was unusable. Apparently this happens for at least 2-3 weeks every summer at the end of August. Also, I would also suggest providing more than one toilet paper roll per bathroom, two garbage bags, 2 dishwasher pods and 3 oz of dishwashing fluid. We were notified of this prior so we brought more of each, but it seems like such a simple thing to be sure there is adequate amounts of these things."

"We spent the weekend having a get away for a few nights. I could not say enough good things about the property, and how happy we are with the owners of this rental. Our stay was wonderful and the owners were very helpful and turly cared that our visit was exactly what we wanted. Any questions we had they responded very quickly, and were happy to help. They checked in after our first night to see how everything was, and if we needed anything. The house was very clean and had everything we would need to enjoy our stay. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a short get away. Thank you for allowing our family, and grandparents to have a vacation without us worrying about anything. Due to medical issues we have not been able to go on vacation. This was less then a hour drive and was exactly what we needed before our daughter starts school. We will definitely be staying again."
Cozy Lakefront Cottage!

"Lovely cottage in a great location along the shores of Honeoye Lake. The cottage was well appointed with we had everything we needed for an entire week. Communication with Eric was on-point and full of helpful tips for things to do in the Finger Lakes region. Bonus: neighbors were welcoming and kind. We will definitely be back!"

"This house was nice, clean, well kept up. It was also well stocked with dishes, pots and pans etc. However, there were missing supplies (like tissues, trash bags, sandwich bags) and we were also told that it was up to us to replace the propane tank. When we requested trash bags and dishwasher pods, they were brought to us but it took 24 hours to get them. In addition, as is clear from the pictures, there is a grassy field between the house and the water. It was treacherous to walk to the water because of many geese droppings. This also made it hard for our grandchildren to use the field and the playground. There were not many restaurants nearby for breakfast, lunch or dinner."

"We had a lovely stay. Beautiful, clean, peaceful home with plenty of comfortable beds and space. The home had all the amenities that we needed. Kids loved catching perch and rock bass off the dock. Neighbors were nice too. We loved the big dining table where we played cards. Wonderful memories made! Our host Heather was responsive and kind. We will be back! Thank you."

"Perfect vacay for our family of 4 and small dog (frenchie). Super clean and spacious. House is small but doesn’t feel small or cramped. Bed has head elevation which is awesome for sound sleeping. Kitchen well supplied with cooking instruments, mugs and glasses. Beautiful fenced backyard. Perfect for our pup. Small dock but lots of aquatic supplies including 2 paddle boards with oars, kayaks and life jackets. Great house. Would def go gain!"
