Super séjour avec du personnel hyper agréable. Spécialement le gérant Hector avec qui nous avons eu énormément de plaisir. La propreté et l'entretien peuvent être améliorés, mais selon moi ce sont des détails qui rendent l'expérience encore plus intéressante pour quelqu'un qui veut vivre le quotidien d'un citoyen à Puerto Rico. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour, ce fut dur de quitter.

There was a long line and no agents working at any of the check in stations when I arrived. I was told my room was going through "final inspection" when I checked in, but then waited over 2 hours for my room. The bellman yelled at me when I called to ask to have my suitcase delivered to my room, and I was double charged for the room. So the stay was overall not at all what I expected compared to the last time I stayed at the Fairmont a year ago. It was a complete disappointment.
