When I checked in with Liz at the counter, she was very helpful and helping me get all my arrangements made for my stay for one day but also local activities in town and restaurants. She did a wonderful job. It’s a great hotel. I’ve stayed there last year also

A surprise diamond if a hotel.

Bed arrangement was strange for a family yet comfortable. Breakfast each morning delicious, staying here allows you entrance into the connected water park.. and best of all the staff was super friendly.. we selected this property without knowing anything about it... And it was wonderful, so great we returned a week later on out return trip.

De kamers zijn heel basic, het bedrag dat je betaalt is puur voor het waterpark. Let goed op of het waterpark wel open is (alleen weekenden en puentes). Het zwembad is zonder glijbanen ook leuk (en wel lekker rustig vergeleken met weekend). Jammer was dat de glijbanen op zaterdag niet werkten en geen compensatie werd aangeboden, geen goede service. Ontbijt was prima, lokaal en vergelijkbaar met andere hotels.

El hotel es normalito, el restaurante no muy bueno. las habitaciones básicas y sencillas. Costoso para lo que es, sin embargo tiene el plus de que por la estadía tienes entrada al acuaparque. si tu plan es estar en el acuaparque vale la pena. si es solo para dormir es costoso

El hotel no tiene mantenimiento se ve viejo y dejado, usamos una piscina y estaba sucia, realmente se ve la falta de una buena administración, en todo el hotel se ve la falta de mantenimiento, la atención de las personas es buena

Hola La verdad pensamos que íbamos a disfrutar de la piscina de Olas y toboganes el viernes y al llegar nos dicen que los toboganes y piscina de Olas solo funciona sábados, domingos y festivos, la reserva no incluye desayuno y el servicio Restaurante fue muy limitado. No hubo precio de oferta porque se pago la noche a lo que realmente cobran en el Hotel.

run down water park

terrible............the place is a run down water slide park, mosquitos everywhere...the room is old dirty and shabby...we never got breakfast because at first I could not locate the staff and when I did finally locate them they could not be bothered to make us breakfast as they were busy watching the world cup soccer game in an upstairs room where they had a big screen tv......the place is full of dangerous potholes and loose bricks as well as slippery and moldy areas....the pools were closed when we arrived a 5pm and did not reopen until the next morning at 9:30am and even then the wave pool was shut down and the 2 open pools were dirty and un supervised...not a hotel by any means.....DUMP

La atención no me gusto para nada, hay que entregar la habitación a las 12 y se puede seguir disfrutando del parque, pero no le ofrecen al huésped una alternativa para poderse duchar y cambiar, simplemente lo envían a las duchas del parque, las cuales no son nada agradables para su uso. La habitación no me gusto ya que no tiene un closet para la ropa, simplemente un mueble para colocar todo como caiga, el aire acondicionado presenta fallas y el baño poco agradable.

Volvere. Me agrado.

Bastante agradable. Habitaciones sencillas pero limpias y con lo necesario para una estadia agradable. El parque y las piscinas muy entretenidas. Un poco caro los menus del restaurante pero despues de salir a los alrededores y no encontrar un buen lugar donde comer una paga hasta con agrado porque el municipio si no tiene nada en cuanto a comidas.

Fin de semana en familia

El parque acuatico es lo que vale la ida, por lo demás no justifica el precio, el hotel muy regular, el wi-fi nunca funcionó y nadie sabia nada de como prestar el servicio, las habitaciones no tienen como comunicarse ni con la recepcion si necesitas algo debes salir e ir a buscarlo.
