"Absolutely worth the trip. It is a bit of a journey to get here but they truly do an amazing job. The whole staff (esp Tam & Nhu) are wonderful, kind, and genuinely helpful. The food menu is extensive with options from all over the world and the breakfast is excellent. The spa is very well priced and delivers a truly relaxing experience. The real highlight, though, was seeing endangered monkeys throughout our stay. Easily one of the prettiest hotel settings we have ever experienced."

"Can’t believable that they told us stole the cups that used to swish mouth while we were waiting for our deposit to be refunded. They didn’t want to refund our deposit and hold us back until I told them to go check on my car. Then they let’s us go. Bad service here. We were almost late for our flight."
