"There was construction going on they did not let us know about and our room was right next to it. We got in 3 am awoke 6am due to loud construction. The staff quickly found a nice quiet room for us to move to. The staff were all very friendly. They have done some nice renovations to the place. The mattress could have used updating in the upgraded king room we were in but other than that excelkent stay. They are building there tiki bar now. Cannot wait to return in the future and of course the view right on Crystal River is spectacular! Thanks for a great stay!"

"We have rented houses through VRBO all over the U.S.This was easily one of the best!For starters it is so equipped,the kitchen has everything you need if you plan on cooking,dishes pots pans even some spices condiments tea bags coffee even splenda!All furniture inside and out beautiful,modern clean and comfortable.Hoube is so perfect and beautiful!OK,now the river.Your directly on it with steps leading you right in.They have kayakes life preservers floats.I really cant say enough about this fabulous property.Five Stars for sure!"

"great stay. Clean, big room. Had a king room so it had an extra sitting area with a big couch. Breakfast also! Have stayed here several times over the years. About 3-4 miles from Rainbow Tubing. Can walk to grocery stores/restaurants."
