"We come to NJ every few years to see family from GA. Normally we stay at Hub, Holiday Inn but this time I didn’t like the staff at H.Inn so I walked out got on my Phone and found Extended Stay same price as H.Inn, glad we did it .. The staff was polite helpful. We got the Queen studio WoW the bed was comfortable not lumpy, hard or worn out. I've had 5 back & 4 hip surgery so it important to me..... Very clean, I'm picky... full size ref. We were there 5 days. I got clean towels every day. I forgot my hairdryer they had it, kitchen items they had it, Very happy with our stay. We will come back next time. "

"Walked in around noon and the front desk employee was on her cell phone. I waited, and when she didn’t acknowledge me, I said hello. She responded in a rude and clearly annoyed tone, “Can I help you?” as if I was bothering her. I explained that I had a reservation, and she simply said, “Come back after 3:00,” with no effort to assist or provide any courtesy. Very poor customer service. Front desk staff should be welcoming and professional, and this was the complete opposite. If you are looking for good customer service and safe hotel for your family, this place is not it. I would strongly recommend the Latitude Hyatt instead, a completely different and much better experience."
