* Taxi Service is available. (I have a small vehicle but I am HaPpY to pick you up at the airport if I am available. Please give me a call before departing so I can make space for your bags. )

* RV parking available (on the left side of the street, as you drive in to the driveway you will see the signs)

* Boat parking available (on the other side of the harbor)

* To our previous guests - we have sold the coffee shop. It was a hard decision because we loved giving you "that something extra" but 2020 was difficult and the new owners are amazing, who have shown promises of some great things to come. We made that decision hoping it wasn't the reason you loved staying with us ;) and hope that you can make it back sooner than later. We understand the pandemic but missed you!

* This Beach House was renovated from an old Fishing Lodge, if you are looking for the Famous Cozy Bear Lodge, that used to be on the Spit, you found it! As you can see, it no longer has particle-board walls, creaky beds, and exposed bathroom fixtures...You're Welcome! :)

* We give a Military and extended stay discounts, etc.
BEFORE you book, look for the place that allows you to send owners a message, add in the booking information and tell us the discount information you are asking for, it will let us to edit and add in the discount. Otherwise we will need you to cancel and rebook it to get that discount in for you. Which is no problem, if you missed this part and find it later it's just extra steps on your credit card bill but we are willing...
