- You'll feel right at home in this bright, cozy 4 bedroom house. This 2 story home sleeps up to 8 comfortably.The house and well-maintained large yard is very kid and dog friendly. The fully-furnished kitchen has plenty of dishes, cookware, and all the basics for home cooked meals.
The sun filled home has an incredible view of Mt. Augustine volcano, yet is less than 10 minutes from downtown Homer and 15 min. to the World famous Homer Spit/Harbor. There is great access to hikes, ski trails, bike paths, beaches,shopping, and amazing restaurants.There are 2 large decks with access to the large yard -keep your eyes out for Sandhill cranes and the occasional moose.

Turn off the lights and return the keys
Please leave all doors unlocked. And return the key to the arctic entry hook.
Please wash a load of towels and start the drying process. Use a 1/2 sheet of the laundry soap sheets per wash load. Please leave soap drawer and door open for ventilation when not in use. Thank you
Please put garbage bags in the entry garbage can. For more than 2 bags of garbage, please dispose of your garbage at the public dumpsters on the Homer Spit.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
