- Powell's Hideaway is a 2950 sq. ft. custom built home located in a quite neighborhood just a short distance from downtown Homer. Enjoy views of the Spit, Kachemak Bay and Glaciers from the kitchen, living room, upstairs or while relaxing on the deck. Moose, eagles, owls, sandhill cranes are amongst the many visitors to the property. Enjoy this opportunity to relax in this custom built home featuring arched ceilings, stone, tile and wood work.
The spacious master suite is handicap friendly curb-less marble shower and his/her private vanities. The large kitchen was built with custom cabinetry, solid counter tops, breakfast bar, a five burner stove and double convection oven with microwave.
Besides from providing a spectacular view, the living room offers you a flat screen TV, wireless internet access, games, books and DVDs needed for a cozy night at home with friends and family.
