Nestled in the hills above Kachemak Bay, the Birch House cottage features stunning mountain, glacier, water views, and abundant wildlife. The ideal setting for a relaxing getaway, an Alaskan adventure or both. Close to nature with all the comforts of home.

The Birch House was constructed in 2022 and is pleasantly furnished and pristine. This cottage features a kitchen, eating area, two bedrooms (each with a queen bed), one bathroom, and a comfortable living area with a queen size sofa bed.

Wonderful!

The kitchen was well equipped, cabin was stocked with necessary supplies, quiet neighborhood and beautiful views of the mountains and harbor. We could not have had a better stay!

This cabin is new and very well maintained. You will want to remove your shoes prior to entry and they ask that you don't clean your fish on site. That said, it was perfect for my family, with all of the conveniences of home. We loved every minute and would highly recommend Bear Canyon Cottages.

Bear creek cabin.

Fit and finish were out standing. Hospitality was wonderful. We watched sandhill crans in yard.gave us greati formation. Very nice folks we willbestaying again.

Great Family Getaway!

I stayed here with my family of 5 and we had a great time. The place is new, clean, and has everything you need. The front yard is a large mowed field where we enjoyed playing frisbee and the kids enjoyed running around. The house is close to everything in Homer and also has a gorgeous view. Communication and check-in/out was easy. I hope to stay here again and would recommend this VRBO highly. Thanks!
