"Lovely staff- attentive. Great shuttle drivers (Kudos Tim and Kara). Unfortunate a/c broken while there so rooms unseasonably warm. Limited fans. Great sense of community while visiting, due to lacrosse game. "

"Amazing stay here. We booked this hotel on a Monday during a road trip and stayed at a Hilton the following night in another city (which was horrible) . On our way back we were looking for other hotels to book and we were so paranoid about risking and staying at another crap hole we decided to go back to the Crafts man. Friendly staff, clean room and property. It was a no brainer. Would stay again."

"Great hotel and great service. Breakfast is not included but that’s ok. Only thing I wasn’t a fan of is that the pool is central to all rooms so no privacy at all."

"Staff were excellent and the room was clean and comfortable. Wouldn’t include breakfast for a fee next time because it’s very restrictive. Parking is convenient and safe but is an additional hefty fee. Location is ideal for walking to everything around Armory Square."
