Holy Trinity Cathedral Tours and Activities

The room was comfortable, and we had a wonderful stay. The breakfast was exceptional, and most of the staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, my goddaughter’s shoes, which we brought from the USA, went missing from our room during our stay. We reported the incident, but the shoes were never returned. This was very disappointing and left us concerned about the security of our belongings. I hope the hotel will investigate incidents like this and improve its procedures to ensure guests’ property is protected.

Couples Tower Isle is a hidden gem! I loved almost everything! The amenities were amazing as was the staff. All inclusive truly meant all inclusive from the airport transfers and meals to the incredible activities like paddle boards, hydro bikes, and sailing. I only had a few complaints, like the in-room mini bar. You receive full preopened liquor bottles. I know these are passed from guest to guest and that’s not safe. I also feel like the liquor there is likely watered down. I drank a lot and never felt tipsy. The jacuzzi tub in our room was old and the jets weren’t powerful. Lastly, I was a bit disappointed in the spa. The couples massage was almost $400 and was just meh. All in all, I will definitely return. The pros definitely outweighed the cons.
