Hotel of thieves

Unfortunately you can’t find anyone to help you and for 2 hrs late checkout I paid 20€ extra . They stolen the charger of my iPhone mobile when I left it in the room !!!

We were running late and knew we were not going to make the 10 p.m. cutoff for check in. We attempted to contact the hotel starting at 8:30 p.m., took over an hour and had to go through hotels.com website to send a message.
