"I usually stay on an upper floor, but this time I was on a lower floor. I could not hear people above me at all. This is just a great hotel all around. Whether you choose to eat dinner in the restaurant on-site, or go out, there are endless options."

The cleanliness of the room was good, there was some dust on the bottom of the lamps and on the counter in the bathroom. the carpeted floor could have been cleaned a bit better. It appeared that the vacuum needed to be emptied. We did not like the soft lighting in the room. It seems that other hotels are also going to the softer lighting. We would stay there again. "

"Hard time checking in and they are not supportive of third party booking. Room had clogged toilet and no maintenance so front desk had to fix it"
